APPLICATION PROCESS REQUIREMENTS — Step by Step
*Submitting an application does not guarantee your acceptance into a training for your information on our application procedures please read the below steps carefully
1.Complete and submit Peers: Link to HOPE Initiative Application
To fill out an application you can either print off the application here Peers Link to HOPE Application or fill out the online form below (continue to scroll down to access the online application on this page). Hard copies of application can be sent via US Postal Mail to: Peers Link to Hope Program, Attn: Judy Benham, 3130 SE 2nd Ave, Grand Rapids MN 55744. 2. Once your full application has been received, you will be contacted by our PS Link Team within 2-3 weeks to set a up a phone interview.
3. Complete a phone interview with a member of the PS link Team (This can take up to 2-3 weeks from the time you submit your application).
4. You will be notified by phone if you have been accepted into a training event. If you cannot be reached by phone, we will contact you via the email address you provided on your application.
Please note, we process 50-70 applications a month and training spots ARE LIMITED. Acceptance into any training event is not guaranteed until you have received a confirmation from our team about your acceptance status. The entire application process could take up to 4-6 weeks from the time you submit your application. PLEASE NOTE METRO TRAININGS FILL 6 -12 MONTHS PRIOR TO TRAINING EVENTS !!
If you get accepted into a training YOU MUST give two weeks notice if you are unable to attend. If you are accepted into a training and do not give prior notice, there is no second chance.
